Ordering & Payment Process
During checkout, you may only pay via manual methods as of this writing. You will be sent emails regarding your order - payment instructions and tracking number - so make sure to provide a working email address and check them regularly.
Please pay as you order or settle your payment up to 1 hour after placing your order. Unpaid items after the set time will automatically be cancelled and stocks will be available again on the site.
After the payment is settled, send us your proof of payment in either one (1) of these:

along with your Order # and wait for payment confirmation.
Shipping & Delivery
The shipping fee indicated in the site includes handling and other fees. Muni will be mainly using MCHA Express (previously known as MCFA Express; non - covered areas are directly transferred to LBC) for shipping. If your location is an Out of Delivery Zone area, please be prepared to do a branch pick-up.
You will be able to track your package with the tracking number included in the email that will be sent to you once your package is on its way. Delivery time will depend on the courier’s availability, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors.
The estimated delivery time indicated when you checkout starts after the courier picks it up from us.
In the event of a lost or significantly damaged parcel during shipping, Muni will not be held accountable. However, we will facilitate the process of filing a dispute with the courier to address the matter.
Return Policy

If you want to return your item, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within two (2) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and/or labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and email us regarding your concern with attached unboxing video as proof. We’ll then process the return if your claim is valid.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your store credit. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:

Items in perfect condition upon arrival to the customer.

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Buyers should be 100% sure of their orders before checking out. Change of mind returns will not be entertained.

Only damaged/defective items in its original, undamaged packaging, and wrong items sent can be returned. Unboxing video as proof should be provided for a valid return claim.
